Capacity
The capacity of the Princess Theatre varies depending on the style that it is set up in.
- Banquet style: 80-100
- Theatre (seated) style: 400 (including balcony) or 280 (excluding balcony). Note that this would require the hiring of 160 chairs. Without hiring chairs, the maximum seated capacity is 240.

- Only closed catered functions may include alcohol. This requires the external caterer to hold an appropriate liquor licence.
