The following sections show the pricing for the venue hire and extras.
Venue hire fee
$850 + GST which includes:
- Sound system (in house)
- Static lighting including Front Wash and Colour on Stage (in house)
- Theatre and manager for a 10 hour period
Discounts
Discounts for multiple hires within a month or for regular hires are available. Just contact us for more information.
Required extras
Required extras for all events
- Cleaning $200 + GST
Required extras for catered functions with alcohol
- $2.50 + GST per head surcharge
Required extras for higher-risk events
- Security $140 + GST (per guard for a min. 4 hour call)
Please liaise with the venue manager as to the required security for your event.
Optional extras
Options are as follows:
Overrun times
- $100 + GST per hour for each hour beyond the original 10 hour hire.
Visual
- Cyclorama $200 + GST
Suitable for rear projection - Projector $180 + GST
Set up for rear projection. Requires Cyclorama or a rear projection screen.
General production
- Production Removal $200 + GST
allows you to provide your own production system or components
Other
- Chair hire $POA.
Chair hire is only applicable if you require more than 240 seats (including the balcony). - Medium display ad on web site $50 + GST
